For 1-6 swimmers (more can be arranged with additonal staff), format can be adjusted to be full days or spread out over half days. Dave often travels to tri groups and training teams for custom clinics around the US.

• Level 1- Effortless Endurance (freestyle)- 1 day or two 1/2 days

• Level 2-Smart Speed (freestyle)-1 day or two 1/2 days

• Level 3-Expert Skills (freestyle)-1 day or two 1/2 days

• Four Strokes- half day

• Combat sidestroke- half day

• Happy laps- water introduction- multiple half days

Groups as small as two to as large as 20 can have a range of technical sessions designed around their group needs.

All video is provided to swimmers after the clinic, through dropbox or google drive folders, including Dave's primary recommendations.

Most often, these are freestyle-focused for triathlete training groups, and sessions include a friendly and constructive video analysis session with above- and underwater footage. 

Sessions are typically 3-4 hours:

2 hours skills and drills

1 hour above and underwater analysis

1 hour follow-up stroke work (optional)​​​​​​

Imagine going through and entire practice where your coach is offering feedback continuously to a small- to medium sized group through clear and concise underwater audio

Each swimmer uses a SONR unit and coaching can be global (all swimmers) or lane/swimmer specific. Some of the most incredible stroke work happens when you don't have to stop to hear it!

For a reasonable price, have the most technical open water learning experience of your life. two sessions a day, including video analysis and progressive skill work, can be built into schedule of 3-6 days in a range of locations in the Carribbean, Turkey, Pacific, and East Asia
