Non-transferrable, but you can roll over remaining 2025 punches or gift them to another swimmer.
Cyber week Golden Ticket cards come with a choice of one of the following:
-30 minute private lesson (one additional swimmer welcome to join you). Includes filming, SONR live feedback
-30 minute open water lesson and training session. Includes SONR live feedback
-three summer practices for a guest swimmer (not a current punchcard holder)

This 50-meter site has been a home for Minnesota Tri Masters for over 20 years. Long course gives better opportunity for stroke work, as wall push-offs have far less effect on speed and endurance here.
Mondays and Thursdays- 7:15-8:30pm.​
This six-lane, 25-meter pool has been a summer home for almost a decade. weekday mornings offer two practice time options, coached primarily by Dave Cameron, with other guest coaches on some times.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7am and 7-8am
