Freestyle Stroke Development
Richfield Wednesday evening Stroke Series- for any new (but comfortable) adult swimmer, preparing for fitness swimming, triathlon, open water, or just a desire to understand efficient, faster, and less injury-prone freestyle swimming.
Session 1- June 11 - July 10- 5 classes

Session 2- July 17- August 13- 5 classes
Rained out classes will be offered make-up options on Monday nights and Saturday mornings. Drop-ins are welcome for $30 each class.

Content
A series of five technical classes for development of a faster, sustainable distance freestyle. This course is designed with elements of Total Immersion curriculum, open water preparation, video analysis, and tempo training.
Each five-week course will cover the same material, but in a level of detail that revisiting it in the second session is a worthy commitment for an improving swimmer.
Filming with narration will be done EVERY WEEK.
