Freestyle Stroke Development
Wednesday evening Stroke Series returns this winter- for any new (but comfortable) adult swimmer, preparing for fitness swimming, triathlon, open water, or just a desire to understand efficient, faster, and less injury-prone freestyle swimming.Classes move through four modules designed around the best stroke development and progression through skills, with weekly analysis posted after class and usage of state of the art tools and technical methods​

Session 2- February 11, 18, 25, Mar 4
7:45-8:45 pm Eden Prairie Community Center (meet in pool lobby at 7:30)

Class size in limited. Class will be taught in a mid-range pool (84-85) great for instruction.
Summer outdoor classes with the same format will return in June

Content
A series of five technical classes for development of a faster, sustainable distance freestyle. This course is designed with elements of Total Immersion curriculum, open water preparation, video analysis, and tempo training.
Each five-week course will cover the same material, but in a level of detail that revisiting it in the second session is a worthy commitment for an improving swimmer.
Filming with narration will be done EVERY WEEK.
